个性化延续护理干预措施对老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性及疾病认知程度的影响研究

Effect of Individualized Continuous Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance and Disease Cognition of El⁃derly Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨个性化延续护理干预措施对老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性及疾病认知程度的影响研究。方法:纳入河南科技大学附属许昌市心医院就诊的原发性高血压患者104例,为2018年1月—2020年1月在医院收治,经统计学软件产生随机数字表将研究者分为对照组52例(采取常规护理干预)和观察组52例(在对照组基础上给予个性化延续护理干预)。比较两组患者的治疗依从性及对疾病的认知程度,比较并发症发生情况,比较满意度评分来评价护理满意度。结果:两组服药依从性等级分布差异有统计学意义,观察组积极配合服药占比高于对照组,与护理前比较,护理后两组患者收缩压及舒张压均降低,且观察组低于对照组。两组疾病认知程度优良率比较,观察组更高。两组护理满意度比较,观察组更高。结论:在治疗期间对老年原发性高血压患者实施个性化延续护理干预措施,有助于降低血压,可提高患者的治疗依从性及对疾病的认知程度,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized continuous nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and disease cognition of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 104 patients with essential hypertension ad⁃mitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(52 cases,took routine nurs⁃ing intervention)and the observation group(52 cases,given personalized continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group).The treatment compliance and cognition of the disease,complications and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups to evaluate nursing satisfaction.Results:The difference of medication compliance grade distribution between the two groups was statistically significant.The proportion of active medication cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Compared with before nursing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The excellent and good rate of disease cognition in the two groups was high⁃er in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group.Conclusion:The implementation of indi⁃vidualized continuous nursing intervention measures for elderly patients with essential hypertension during the treatment period is helpful to reduce blood pressure,to improve the treatment compliance and cognition of the disease and nursing satisfaction.
