综合护理干预对冠心病心律失常患者的效果及其生活质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhyth⁃mia and their Quality of Life

目的:探究综合护理干预对冠心病心律失常患者的效果及其生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年5月—2019年10月间在定西市人民医院就诊的冠心病心律失常患者100例,采用随机分组法分为两组,每组各50例,观察组给予综合护理干预、对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组各项指标。结果:观察组护理后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组冠心病心律失常患者健康行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对冠心病心律失常患者的生活质量具有明显改善作用,且能够提高患者自我效能,值得临床研究和推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia and the impact of their quality of life.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomized,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of physical function,mental function,social function and material life of the obser⁃vation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The health behaviors of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,and health knowledge level after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,and can improve the self-efficacy of patients.It is worthy of research and promotion.
