药学市场类课程思政教学实践——以药店经营管理课程为例

The design and practice of ideological and political education in pharmaceutical market courses——Taking Pharmacy Management as an example

目的新时代我国对于思想政治教育有了更新的要求,习近平总书记也对于课程思政教育做了多次重要论述。基于课程思政教育背景下,探讨以药店经营管理课程为例的我国药学市场类课程的教学模式改革与实践。方法通过理论—实践—理论的研究方式,对药店经营管理课程思政设计与实践,并对教改班和对照班的教学效果做了访谈调查和教学效果比较研究。结果药店经营管理课程思政教学,从改革“授课前—授课中—授课后”三阶段思政内容融入设计,到“崇药德—守药规—会药技”的教学目标和教学方法改革,课程思政教学实践效果显著。结论以药店经营管理课程为例的药学市场类课程思政的改革思路与改革目标体系,以及课程目标教案内容、教学方法等教改尝试,为我国高校药学类课程思政教育提供了参考和改革路径。

Objective In the new era,China has new requirements for ideological and political education,and the General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important expositions of it.Based on the background of ideological and political education,this paper discusses the teaching reform and practice of pharmaceutical market courses in China,taking Pharmacy Management as an example.Methods Through“theory-practicetheory”method,the ideological and political education design and practice of Pharmacy Management were carried out,and the teaching effects of the experiment class and the control class were investigated and compared.Results The ideological and political education of Pharmacy Management has achieved remarkable results by integrating ideological and political contents into the three stages of“before-duringafter class”and the teaching objective of"advocating medicine ethics,observing medicine regulations,grasping medicine skills".Conclusion Taking Pharmacy Management as an example,the reform of pharmaceutical market courses,including ideas,teaching system,teaching objectives,teaching methods,etc.,provide reference and methods for ideological and political education of pharmaceutical courses in colleges and universities in China.
