健康城市理念背景下上海智慧健康小屋发展路径研究

Research on the development path of intelligent healthy houses in Shanghai under the background of healthy city concept

上海市基于健康城市理念,将智慧健康小屋作为健康管理的载体来提升社区基本医疗与公共卫生服务可及性、医务人员对亚健康人群的管理识别率及社区居民健康素养与健康水平。通过对上海市3家社区卫生服务中心开展实地调查,了解上海智慧健康小屋的日常服务内容、使用流程、信息应用、运行机制等情况;梳理上海智慧健康小屋的应用现状,针对其发展路径中存在的瓶颈进行梗阻因素分析。为完善上海智慧健康小屋发展路径,应加大政府财政投入力度,明晰相关部门职责,建立数据标准,加强核心技术研究,转换管理模式。

Based on the concept of healthy city,Shanghai City takes the intelligent healthy houses as the carriers of health management to improve the accessibility of community basic medical and public health services,the management recognition rate of medical personnel for sub-health people,and the health literacy and health level of community residents.Through field investigation on three community health service centers in Shanghai City,the research learns about the daily service content,utilization process,information application and operation mechanism of Shanghai intelligent healthy houses.The application status of Shanghai intelligent healthy houses is summarized,and the obstruction factors in view of the bottlenecks in its development path is analyzed.In order to improve the development path of Shanghai intelligent health house,it is suggested to increase government financial investment,clarify the responsibilities of relevant departments,establish data standards,strengthen core technology research and change management mode.
