2019年河南省二级及以上医院重大传染病医疗救治能力调查

Investigation of medical treatment ability of the major infectious diseases of second-class and above hospitals in Henan Province in 2019

目的掌握河南省二级及以上医院对重大传染病的医疗救治能力。方法采取普查的方式,使用自填式结构问卷获取河南省全部二级及以上医院的基本情况和人力、设备、资金、信息及医疗救治制度建立情况,使用Excel录入数据并进行统计分析。结果在调查的530家医院中,应急时床位可扩容率为28.71%,其中88.87%的医院建立了医院信息管理系统,98.30%的医院制定了传染病报告制度,但与公共卫生医疗救治密切相关的科室医务人员在全部医务人员中占比较少,仍有72.83%的医院应急资金不能满足工作需要。结论河南省二级及以上医院具备了基本的重大传染病医疗救治能力,但仍需进一步加强和完善。

Objective To master the medical treatment ability of major infectious diseases in second-class and above hospitals in Henan Province.Methods In the form of the census,self-filled structured questionnaire was used to obtain the basic information,such as manpower,equipment,funds,information and medical treatment system of all the second-class and above hospitals in Henan Province,and Excel was used to input data and conduct statistical analysis.Results Among the 530 hospitals surveyed,the capacity expansion rate of emergency beds was 28.71%.88.87%of hospitals owned hospital information management system,and 98.30%of hospitals formulated the system for reporting infectious diseases.However,medical staff in departments closely related to medical treatment of public health accounted for a relatively small proportion of the total medical staff,and 72.83%of hospitals’emergency funds could not meet the work needs.Conclusion Second-class and above hospitals in Henan Province have the basic medical treatment capacity,but it still needs to be further strengthened and improved.
