齐齐哈尔市医疗机构放射工作人员职业健康检查结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the results of occupational health examination of radiation workers in Qiqihar medical institutions

摘要 目的了解齐齐哈尔市医疗机构放射工作人员职业健康现状,为放射工作人员职业健康监护提供科学依据。方法对778名从事放射工作的人员进行职业健康检查,采用检验等方法对临床检查、实验室检查结果进行定量、定性分析。结果放射组的778人中,血常规异常检出率(χ^(2)=8.354)、眼科异常检出率(χ^(2)=9.946)、血压异常检出率(χ^(2)=34.839)、心电图异常检出率(χ^(2)=41.163)不同工龄的人员比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别的人员血压异常检出率(χ^(2)=6.126)、心电图异常检出率(χ^(2)=5.489)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量接触射线对放射工作人员的身体健康有一定影响,卫生行政部门需要进一步规范职业健康检查,加强放射防护培训工作,关注放射工作人员的健康状况。 Objective To investigate the occupational health status of radiation workers in Qiqihar City,and to provide scientific basis for occupational health monitoring of radiation workers.Methods Occupational health examinations were carried out on 778 persons engaged in radiation work.The results of clinical examination and laboratory examination were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by test.Results Among the 778 patients in the radiation group,the detection rates of abnormal blood routine examination(χ^(2)=8.354),abnormal ophthalmology(χ^(2)=9.946),abnormal blood pressure(χ^(2)=34.839)and abnormal electrocardiogram(χ^(2)=41.163)under different length of service were all statistically significant(P<0.05),the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure and abnormal ECG in different length of service were statistically significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term low-dose exposure to radiation has a certain impact on the health of workers.Health administration departments need to further standardize occupational health examinations,strengthen radiation protection training,and focus on other health conditions of radiation workers.
