摘要
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,营养相关疾病已经成为威胁人们健康的主要公共卫生问题。我国营养标签制度起步较晚,相关的法律法规和标准还不够完善,食品企业自律性较差,行政监管不到位,消费者对营养标签的信任度不高,对居民的宣传教育不够,导致我国居民营养标签知晓率和使用率处于较低水平。提出提高营养标签使用率的有效策略:加强大众媒体、社区、学校营养标签宣传教育,提高知晓率;帮助食品企业解决营养标签标注的难题,加强对食品企业负责人的职业教育,提高企业自律性,加强行政监督管理,加大惩处力度,提高消费者对营养标签的信任度;不断完善营养标签制度,尽快实现电子营养标签和居民手机端个人健康管理。
With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,nutrition-related diseases have become a major public health problem that threatens people’s health.The nutrition label system in China started late.Relevant laws,regulations and standards are not yet complete,food companies’self-discipline is poor,administrative supervision is not in place,consumers’trust in nutrition labeling is low,and the publicity and education of residents is not enough.The paper puts forward effective strategies to improve the utilization rate of nutrition label,i.e.to strengthen the publicity and education of nutrition label in mass media,community and school,and improve the awareness rate;help food companies to solve the problems of nutrition label labeling,strengthen education for the managers,improve the self-discipline of food companies,strengthen administrative supervision,increase penalties,and improve the trust of nutrition labels;continuously improve the nutrition label system,and realize electronic nutrition labels and personal health management on residents’mobile phones as soon as possible.
