高阶椭圆齿轮传动分析及在流量计上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据高阶椭圆齿轮流量计的工作原理,建立高阶椭圆齿轮模型,并分析其传动特性,以此验证其设计与建模方法的正确性。根据椭圆齿轮副的转动位置关系推算出流量计的理论平均流量和瞬时流量关系式,并绘制流量曲线图来讨论其阶数与偏心率对瞬时流量的影响。依据流量计的脉动特性制定了脉动平抑方案来消除流量脉动,使得输出流量是一个恒定值。然后将简化二维图导入Fluent中进行流量计的数值模拟,得到椭圆齿轮流量计内的速度场、压力场。结果表明:偏心率的变化会改变椭圆齿轮流量计的瞬时流量变化;增加一对变速非圆齿轮副后可以消除流量脉动;生成的压力与速度云图反映了腔内油液的真实情况,从而证实了模型不存在干涉,是正确可行的。 According to the working principle of the high-order elliptic gear flowmeter,its model was established and the transmission characteristics were analyzed to verify the correctness of the design and modeling method.The calculation formulas of the theoretical average flow rate and the instantaneous flow rate of the flowmeter were deduced according to the rotation position relationship of the elliptic gear pair.The influence of the order and eccentricity on the instantaneous flow rate was discussed through drawing the flow curve.According to the pulsation characteristic of the flowmeter,the pulsation suppression scheme was designed to eliminate the flow pulsation and make the output flow constant.Then,the simplified two-dimensional diagram was imported into Fluent for numerical simulation,and the velocity field and pressure field in the elliptic gear flow meter were obtained.The results show that:the change of the eccentricity will change the instantaneous flow of the elliptic gear flowmeter;the flow pulsation can be eliminated by adding a pair of variable speed non-circular gear pair;the generated pressure and velocity cloud map reflects the real situation of the oil in the cavity,which proves that the model is correct and feasible without interference.
