摘要
根据电涡流位移传感器高频响和高可靠性等优势,提出将电涡流位移传感器与工装相结合,分析其在压缩机曲轴运转角度、转子系统轴向振动以及阀片升程等试验中的效果。试验结果表明:电涡流传感器能满足压缩机内部复杂恶劣的工作环境要求,实现各位置位移的全面检测,适用于压缩机内部机械运动特性的评估测量。
According to the advantages of the eddy current displacement sensor,such as high frequency response and high reliability,it was proposed to combine the eddy current displacement sensor with the tooling.Its effects in the tests of compressor crankshaft running angle,rotor system axial vibration and valve lift were analyzed.The results show that the eddy current sensor can meet the requirements of the complex and harsh working environment inside the compressor,and the comprehensive detection of displacement in each position can be realized.It is suitable for the measurement of mechanical movement characteristics inside the compressor.
