摘要
为深入探究转速对混输泵内部流动以及相态分布规律的影响,基于欧拉-欧拉方法的两相流模型和标准的κ-ε湍流模型,利用Fluent软件对不同转速的三级轴流螺旋式油气混输泵在设计工况下且入口含气率为30%的条件下进行数值计算。结果表明:转速对混输泵首级动叶轮内含气率分布的影响较大,并且对不同叶高处叶片压力面和吸力面的影响趋势不同;转速对含气率影响最明显的位置是在叶片吸力面0.9倍叶高处;随着转速的增加,旋涡在静叶轮内的演变规律较明显。研究结果可为混输泵的水力设计和安全稳定运行提供参考。
In order to investigate the effect of the rotational speed on the internal flow and phase distribution in a multiphase pump,based on the two-fluid model and the standardκ-εturbulence model,Fluent software was used to carry out numerical calculation of three-stage helico-axial multiphase pump with different rotational speed under the design condition and the inlet gas void fraction was 30%.The results show that the effect of the rotational speed on the gas void fraction distribution in the first stage of the mixed pump was greater,and there is a difference in the effect trend between the pressure surface and the suction surface at different spans;the most obvious locations influenced by rotational speed on the gas void fraction are on the blade suction side at the span of 0.9;with the increase of the rotational speed,the vortex evolution in the diffuser is more obvious.The results can provide reference for the hydraulic design,and safe and stable operation of the multiphase pump.
