摘要
为了扩大离心压气机的稳定工作范围,针对一款微型涡喷发动机压气机的离心叶轮,通过数值模拟的方式,研究不同开合角度的进口导向叶片对离心叶轮的性能影响。通过对比不同角度下内部的流动状况,进口导向叶片的角度对叶轮性能有显著影响。与原设计相比,在20°导叶的情况下,内部流动状况得到了改善,喘振裕度和最高效率都有提升。证明通过调节进口导向叶片角度来扩大压气机稳定工作范围是可行的。
In order to enlarge the stable working range of a centrifugal compressor,the influence of inlet guide vanes with different angles on the performance of the centrifugal impeller of a micro turbojet engine was studied by means of numerical simulation.By comparing the internal flow conditions at different angles,it is shown that the inlet guide vanes at different angles has a significant influence on the impeller performance.Compared with the original design,the internal flow condition is improved under the condition of 20°guide vane,the surge margin and the maximum efficiency have been improved.It is proved that it is feasible to enlarge the stable working range of compressor by regulating the inlet guide vanes.
