摘要 针对三级电液伺服阀在使用中出现的高频振荡现象,通过理论分析和实践经验,揭示了三级电液伺服阀高频振荡的原因。因为三级电液伺服阀先导阀阀芯、阀套间摩擦阻力变大,导致先导阀静态特性的滞环变大,响应速度和控制精度下降,影响伺服液压系统的工作稳定性。并根据测试曲线进行有针对性的修复,保证设备稳定运行。 Aiming at the high-frequency oscillating phenomenon appeared in the use of three-stage electro hydraulic servo valve,through theory analysis and practical experience,the failure cause of the high-frequency oscillating phenomenon of the three-stage electro hydraulic servo valve was revealed.Because friction resistance between the valve core and valve sleeve of the three-stage electro hydraulic servo valve became larger,the pilot valve static hysteresis was enlarged,so the response speed and control accuracy decreased,influencing the working stability of the servo hydraulic system.According to the test curve,corresponding repairing was made to ensure equipment stable operation.
