对含有机质细砂进行水泥固化的室内试验分析

摘要 在海外某工程项目中,采用DSM水泥搅拌桩处理软基时,出现水泥土无法凝结硬化的问题。通过采取不同的配比试验,解决了含机质细砂掺水泥浆无法凝结固化的问题,阐述了有机质的影响与其含量和种类有关,当采用铝酸三钙含量较低的粉煤灰水泥掺量达到一定比例时,由于粉煤灰和熟料矿物的双重作用,可以削弱有机质对水化进程的阻碍作用,使水泥土正常凝结硬化。 In a overseas project,when DSM cement mixing pile was used for soft foundation treatment,there was a problem that the cement soil can not set and harden.Through different proportion tests,the problem that the cement slurry containing organic fine sand with organic matter can not be solidified was solved.It is explained that the influence of organic matter is related to its content and type.When the fly ash cement with low tricalcium aluminate content reaches a certain proportion,due to the dual effects of fly ash and clinker minerals,it can weaken the blocking effect of organic matter on cement hydration reaction process,and the cement soil set and harden normally.
