摘要
综合交叉工程指涉及专业多、施工队伍多、作业空间小、工序多且界面交叉多、不确定性高,此类工程的进度管理难度大,特别是在有限的工期内完成的难度较大。基于此,综合应用CPM和PERT技术,以港珠澳大桥沉管隧道最终接头为背景,对最终接头整个推进过程中的实际工作进行复盘,采用CPM技术绘制网络图和关键线路并进行工序再分解,利用PERT技术进行工期估计,并通过实际完工工期反推最佳概率选取值,为类似工程在网络计划技术应用提供参考。
Comprehensive crossing engineering refers to a large number of disciplines,a large number of construction teams,a small work space,multiple processes,multiple cross interfaces,and high uncertainty.It is difficult to manage the schedule of this type of projects,especially in the limited construction period.Based on this,the CPM and PERT technology were comprehensively applied,take the closure joint of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the background,the actual work of the closure joint in the whole process of propulsion was reviewed.After that,CPM technology was adopted to draw the network diagram and the critical circuit.And the process was decomposed again.PERT technology was used to estimate the construction period,and the optimal probability selection value was deduced by the actual completion period.The research results can provide some reference for the application of network planning technology in similar projects.
