摘要 海上风电大直径嵌岩单桩钻孔难度大,风险高,无成熟经验借鉴,给施工带来重大考验和挑战。福建莆田F区海上风电项目开创性研发了双护筒钻孔工艺,有效解决了易塌孔、护筒难回收、作业工效低等工艺难点,通过多个机位作业,证明施工工艺合理可行,有利于行业技术的推动和发展。 Large diameter rock-socketed monopile construction of offshore wind power is difficult,risky and there is no practical experience for reference,which brings great test and challenge to the construction.In F Area of offshore wind farm project in Putian,Fujian,a pioneering drilling technology with dual casing was developed,it efficiency solved a serial of problems such as easy hole collapse,difficult casing recovery,and poor efficiency,etc.Through the operation of multiple machine positions,it is proved that the construction process is reasonable and feasible,which is conducive to the promotion and development of the industry.
