PBL在医学影像技术专业实习带教中的效果分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础(PBL)教学法在医学影像技术专业临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择2018年4月—2020年4月于我院医学影像科实习的68名医学影像技术专业学生,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(34例)采用常规教学,观察组(34例)实施PBL教学法。比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度、教学课堂氛围活跃度和批判性思维能力[中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)]评分。结果观察组考核成绩中专业基础知识、综合阅片分析能力、技能操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学课堂氛围活跃度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CTDI-CV评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学影像技术专业临床实习带教采用PBL教学法,能够培养学生自主学习能力和解决问题能力,提升学生批判性思维能力,促进教学满意度的提升,进一步提高教学质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based(PBL)teaching method in clinical practice teaching of medical imaging majors.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,68 medical imaging students who took an internship in the medical imaging department of our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(34 cases)used conventional teaching,and the observation group(34 cases)implemented PBL teaching method.The scores of the two sets of assessment,teaching satisfaction,classroom atmosphere activity and critical thinking ability[Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Ability Scale(CTDI-CV)]score were compared.Results The evaluation scores of the observation group were higher in professional basic knowledge,comprehensive reading analysis ability,and skill operation scores than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The scores of classroom atmosphere activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The CTDI-CV scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical practice teaching of medical imaging technology major adopts PBL teaching method,which can cultivate students'independent learning ability and problem-solving ability,enhance students'critical thinking ability,promote teaching satisfaction,and further improve teaching quality.
