摘要
目的探究CBL-PBL教学法在直肠癌MDT教学中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析80例实习生的实习过程,根据其不同时间段进行分组,其中2018年9月—2019年6月实施传统教学、将其作为对照组,2019年9月—2020年6月实施CBL-PBL教学法、将其作为观察组,比较两组各项指标。结果观察组综合成绩(90.15±5.12)分、操作成绩(90.15±10.15)分、主观题(45.15±4.25)分、客观题评分(48.12±5.21)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生的教学满意度评分(95.01±1.28)分以及教学效果评分(97.27±1.18)分均高于对照组教学满意度评分(70.45±1.01)分以及教学效果评分(69.45±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在直肠癌MDT教学中实施CBL-PBL教学法,取得显著的教学效果,不仅能够使教学质量评分得以提高,同时能够提高教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of CBL-PBL teaching method in MDT teaching of rectal cancer.Methods Retrospectively analyze the internship process of 80 interns,and group them according to their different time periods.Among them,traditional teaching will be implemented from September 2018 to June 2019,as a control group,and CBL will be implemented from September 2019 to June 2020.PBL teaching method,using it as an observation group,compare the indicators of the two groups.Results The comprehensive score(90.15±5.12)points,operation score(90.15±10.15)points,subjective question(45.15±4.25)points,objective question score(48.12±5.21)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Observation group interns’teaching satisfaction score(95.01±1.28)points and teaching effect score(97.27±1.18)points were higher than control group teaching satisfaction score(70.45±1.01)points and teaching effect score(69.45±1.45)points,(P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing the CBL-PBL teaching method in MDT teaching of rectal cancer,significant teaching results are achieved,which not only can improve the teaching quality score,but also can improve teaching satisfaction.
