摘要
目的探讨PBL(problem-based learning)教学法结合NCCN指南(national comprehensive cancer network guideline)在肿瘤学住院医师规范化培训学员的临床教学中的教学效果和体会。方法选取2018年5—7月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院肿瘤外科轮转的住院医生规范化培训学员28名,随机分成三组:传统教学组(LBL组)(n=9)、PBL组(n=9)、PBL结合NCCN指南组(n=10)。比较三种临床带教模式下学生在肿瘤学专业理论知识、实践操作能力、综合临床思维以及带教满意度4个方面的差异。结果专业理论知识和实践操作能力考核,三组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);综合临床思维考核,PBL结合NCCN指南组较LBL组[(46.40±2.84)分vs.(37.33±3.97)分,P<0.001]和PBL组[(46.40±2.84)分vs.(42.44±4.53)分,P<0.05]得分均高且差异有统计学意义。PBL结合NCCN指南组满意度调查为100%非常满意。结论PBL结合NCCN指南教学法能显著提高肿瘤学住院医师规范化培训的教学效果。
Objective To explore the teaching effect and experience of PBL combined with NCCN guideline teaching mode in standardized training course of residents in Oncology.Methods Twenty-eight students were recruited in department of surgical oncology,the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from May 2018 to July 2018,and randomized into three groups:LBL group(n=9),PBL group(n=9),PBL combined NCCN guideline group(n=10).Outcome of theoretical knowledge,clinical operating ability,clinical comprehensive ability and students’satisfaction were evaluated.Results For the test score of theoretical knowledge and clinical operating ability,no significance was found among three groups;In the testing of clinical comprehensive ability,PBL combined NCCN guideline group was significantly higher than LBL group[(46.40±2.84)vs.(37.33±3.97),P<0.001]and PBL group[(46.40±2.84)vs.(42.44±4.53),P<0.05].Students’satisfaction was scored as 100%satisfied in PBL combined NCCN guideline group.Conclusion Teaching of PBL combined NCCN guideline can significantly improve the teaching effect of standardized training of residents in Oncology.
