摘要
目的本文旨在探索360度评估方法在住院医师规范化培训中的应用,为培训基地实施360度评估方案及提升住培管理工作提供依据。方法采用均数和标准差分析评估对象的评价结果;采用方差分析和t检验分析360度评估结果的差异。结果住院医师对培训基地、指导老师的评价及指导老师、护理人员对住院医师评价均较为理想;不同特征住院医师对基地评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院医师与指导老师互评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论360度评估对改善基地管理措施、师生督导及过程管理上具有一定作用,应重视360度评估应用及差异性结果反馈,以提升培训基地住培管理工作。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of 360 degree assessment method in the standardized training of residents,and to provide basis for the implementation of 360 degree assessment program and the improvement of the management of residential training in the training base.Methods The mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the evaluation results,and the variance analysis and t-test were used to analyze the differences of 360 degree evaluation results.Result The evaluation of resident doctors to training base and instructor,and the evaluation of tutor and nursing staff to resident doctor were ideal;there were significant differences in the scores of different characteristics of residents(P<0.05);the difference of mutual scores between residents and instructors was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 360 degree evaluation plays a certain role in improving the base management measures,teacher-student supervision and process management,We should pay attention to the application of 360 degree evaluation and the feedback of difference results to improve the management of the training base.
