标准化病人与情景教学在儿科学教学中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨教师标准化病人教学结合情景教学在儿科学临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2020年6月期间在我院儿科临床见习的86名临床医学专业的学生当做此次研究的对象,同时采取随机数字表法将入选对象均等划分为观察组以及对照组两个小组,对照组采取教师标准化病人教学,观察组在此基础上结合情景教学,对两组的理论知识考核成绩、实践能力考核成绩、病历书写水平、学生满意度以及兴趣度评分进行对比。结果观察组的理论知识考核成绩、实践能力考核成绩、病历书写水平以及兴趣度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在总体满意率方面与对照组对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科学临床教学过程中采取教师标准化病人教学结合情景教学,能够提升学生的兴趣、病历书写水平以及理论实践水平,使学生对儿科学临床教学的方法更为满意。 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patient teaching combined with situational teaching in pediatric clinical teaching.Method 86 clinical medical students who went to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the objects of this study.At the same time,they were equally divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was given standardized patient teaching by teachers,and the observation group was assessed on the theoretical knowledge of the two groups by combining situational teaching.Results practical ability examination results,medical record writing level,student satisfaction and interest score were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment,practical ability assessment,medical record writing level and interest score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion In the clinical teaching of pediatrics,standardized patient teaching combined with situational teaching can improve students'interest,medical record writing level and theoretical and practical level,and make students more satisfied with the clinical teaching method of pediatrics.
