第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作的思考与探索 被引量:1

摘要 名医传承的师承教育是我国培养中医药基础和临床优秀人才的重要途径,国家每年投入大量的物质及人力资源保证各级各类高等中医药人才传承工作的顺利进行。我院严格按照国家级第六批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作部署的的文件要求,完善各项规章制度、注重过程管理:将师承工作的日常管理、月度考核、季度考核、半年总结、年度总结考核相结合,促进继承人每年参加各名医工作室之间游学,学习其他名老中医的学术思想与临床技能,推进师承工作与研究生培养的学位衔接、积极探索、将师承教育与学院教育相结合:将国家级师承工作与本科生培养、研究生培养、青年教师培养工作融为一体,通过门诊跟名医、学习名医成长之路沙龙、阅读感悟中医经典、定期举办名医专题学术讲座交流、病房考核名医经典诊疗方案比赛等方式,有效的提高了学生与青年教师培养的质量,充分利用了国家级老中医药专家学术经验继承工作的优势,为名医培养奠定了扎实的基础,争取进一步探索具有北京中医药大学第二临床医学院特色的师承教育模式。 Teacher education inherited by famous doctors is an important way for my country to train excellent Chinese medicine basic and clinical talents.The country invests a large amount of material and human resources every year to ensure the smooth progress of the inheritance work of various types of advanced Chinese medicine talents at all levels.Our hospital strictly follows the document requirements of the sixth batch of national-level old Chinese medicine experts’academic experience succession work deployment,improves various rules and regulations,and focuses on process management:daily management,monthly assessment,quarterly assessment,and half-year summary.The annual summary assessment is combined to promote the heirs to participate in the study tour between the famous medical studios every year,to learn the academic ideas and clinical skills of other famous Chinese medicine doctors,to promote the link between the teacher-to-student work and the degree of graduate training,to actively explore,and to integrate the teacher-to-education education with the college education.Integrate the work of national-level teacher-study work with undergraduate training,graduate training,and young teacher training.Through outpatient clinics,you can follow famous doctors,learn the growth path of famous doctors,read the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,and hold regular academic lectures on famous doctors,and ward assessment.The classic diagnosis and treatment plan competition of famous doctors and other methods have effectively improved the quality of training students and young teachers,and made full use of the advantages of the work of inheriting the academic experience of national-level old Chinese medicine experts,laying a solid foundation for the training of famous doctors,and striving for further exploration.The teacher-to-education model with characteristics of the Second Clinical School of the University of Chinese Medicine.
