多元康复法对慢性精神分裂症的疗效

Effect of Multiple Rehabilitation Method on Chronic Inpatient Schizophrenia

目的为了使住院慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能得到改善,提高患者出院后社会适应能力,我们使用了多元康复法进行训练,本研究通过对比评价此种方法的临床疗效。方法将35例住院慢性精神分裂症患者在常规治疗护理基础上启动16周多元化结构式的康复治疗,分别于治疗前/中/后分别用IPROS、MRSS及SCL-90进行疗效评定。结果干预前与后三项量表分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用多元化的康复疗法对住院精神病患者的认知、情感、意志行为的改变具有较大促进作用,改善了患者以往刻板单一生活方式,提升主动参加康复活动的积极性,并对自我能力有了很大的认同,有利于社会功能的恢复,提高其生活质量,早日回归社会。

Objective In order to improve the social function of hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia and improve their social adaptability after discharge,we used the method of multiple rehabilitation for training.Methods A total of 35 hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia were treated with 16-week multicomponent rehabilitation therapy based on conventional nursing care.The efficacy was evaluated with IPROS,MRSS,and SCL-90 before,during,and after treatment.Results The scores of the three scales before and after intervention were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Use of diverse rehabilitation therapy for hospitalized psychiatric patients cognition,emotion,and behavioral changes will have greatly promote effect,improved the patient ever single rigid way of life,enhance the enthusiasm of the active rehabilitation activities,and have made a lot of identity of self ability,is advantageous to the social function recovery,to improve the quality of life,early return to society.
