不同抗菌药物治疗新生儿肺炎的临床价值探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Value of Different Antibacterial Drugs in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的探讨不同抗菌药物治疗新生儿肺炎临床效果评价及安全性。方法2018年1月—2019年1月,选取新生儿肺炎患儿,共120例。随机分成A组、B组、C组,每组40例。A组,日龄8~28 d,平均日龄(9.0±1.3)d;男23例,女17例。B组,日龄9~30 d,平均日龄(12.1±2.4)d;男23例,女17例。C组,日龄8~29 d,平均日龄(11.0±2.1)d;男21例,女19例。三组予以退热、止咳,沐舒坦雾化吸入,0.5 mg沐舒坦混悬液与20 mL的生理盐水混合液,15 min/次,2次/d,以上基础上分别采用单一青霉素抗菌药、单一头孢菌素抗菌药、联合青霉素和头孢菌素抗菌药治疗,对比三组的临床疗效及临床症状消失时间。结果三组的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组退热时间、肺啰音消失时间低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿肺炎采用联合青霉素和头孢菌素抗菌药治疗疗效显著,能够缩短康复时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect evaluation and safety of different antibacterial drugs in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,120 neonates with pneumonia were selected.Randomly divided into group A,group B,group C,40 cases in each group.Group A,with a daily age of 8 to 28 days,with an average daily age of(9.0±1.3)days;23 males and 17 females.Group B,with a daily age of 9 to 30 days and an average daily age of(12.1±2.4)days;23 males and 17 females.Group C,8 to 29 days old,average day age(11.0±2.1)days;21 males and 19 females.The three groups were given antipyretic,cough suppressant,aerosol inhalation of Musutan,0.5 mg Mushutan suspension and 20 mL saline solution,15 min/time,2 times/d,on the basis of single penicillin antibacterial drug and single cephalosporin mycobacterium antibacterial drugs,combined with penicillin and cephalosporin antibacterial drugs,compared the clinical efficacy and time of clinical symptoms disappearance of the three groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of the three groups(P>0.05).The fever time and the disappearance time of lung rales in group C were lower than those in groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal pneumonia combined with penicillin and cephalosporin antibacterial drugs has a significant effect,which can shorten the recovery time.
