中药熏蒸坐浴治疗老年性阴道炎的临床观察

Treatment of Senile Vaginitis by Chinese Herbal Fumigation Sitz Bath Clinical Observation

目的观察中药熏蒸坐浴治疗阴虚夹湿证老年性阴道炎的临床观察。方法将阴虚夹湿证老年性阴道炎患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予清水冲洗及甲硝唑栓阴道放药治疗,治疗组予中药(自拟方)熏洗。两组治疗均为7 d,中间停药20 d,继续治疗7 d,连用2个疗程,比较随访疗程结束后第2、8周临床疗效、复发率、不良反应。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,对照组为89.66%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组、对照组阴道分泌物转阴率分别为93.33%和72.41%;治疗组、对照组两组治疗前后及两组治疗后的阴道健康评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访期间,2组间复发率比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸坐浴治疗阴虚夹湿证老年性阴道炎较甲硝唑栓阴道放药治疗的临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但能够明显改善老年性阴道炎的临床不适症状,同时能提高阴道健康评分,不但降低了复发率,而且无不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical observation of herbal fumigation sitting bath in the treatment of senile vaginitis with Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods 60 cases of senile vaginitis with Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases each.The control group was given clean water and metronidazole suppository vaginal discharge treatment,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine(self-designed prescription)fumigation wash.The two groups were treated for 7 days,with 20 days of drug withdrawal and continued treatment for 7 days,followed by two courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared at 2 and 8 weeks after the end of the follow-up course.Results The total clinical effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 89.66%in the control group,showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).The conversion rate of vaginal secretions in treatment group and control group was 93.33%and 72.41%respectively.Vaginal health scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up,the recurrence rate between the two groups was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of senile vaginitis with Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome compared with metronidazole suppository vaginal discharge.However,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of senile vaginitis,and improve the vaginal health score,not only reduce the recurrence rate,and no adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application and promotion in primary hospitals.
