AIDET沟通在精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用

AIDET Communication in the Health Education of Schizophrenia

目的AIDET沟通方式在精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用。方法纳入本院(2018年4月—2019年2月)收治的精神分裂症患者(n=66)作为研究对象,根据入院时间选择研究组(n=33)与对照组(n=33)。对照组提供常规沟通方式,研究组选择AIDET沟通形式,对比两种沟通形式满意度、用药依从性、健康教育效果、心理行为改变评分。结果研究组显效23例,有效9例;对照组显效19例,有效5例。研究组总有效率(96.97%)高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育前,两组患者用药依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康教育后,研究组用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理行为改变方面,研究组自觉抑郁沮丧、自觉一无是处患者少于对照组;能够主动与人交流、活动积极性高患者例数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组十分满意27例,满意5例;对照组十分满意19例,满意5例。研究组总满意度(96.97%)高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育中应用AIDET沟通方式对精神分裂症患者起到积极作用,能够改善患者悲伤情绪,调动活动积极性,提高生活质量。同时,患者用药依从性不断提高,沟通满意度良好,有十分重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of aidet in health education for schizophrenics.Methods The schizophrenic patients(n=66)in our hospital(April 2018 February 2019)were selected as the research objects,and the study group(n=33)and the control group(n=33)were selected according to the admission time.The control group was provided with routine communication,while the study group was given aidet communication.The satisfaction,medication compliance,health education effect and psychological behavior change scores of the two communication forms were compared.Results In the study group,23 cases were markedly effective and 9 cases were effective;in the control group,19 cases were markedly effective and 5 cases were effective.The total effective rate of the study group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05).Before health education,there was no difference in medication compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).After health education,the medication compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of psychological and behavioral changes,the number of patients with depression and worthlessness in the study group was less than that in the control group;the number of patients with active communication and high activity in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,27 cases were very satisfied and 5 cases were satisfied;in the control group,19 cases were very satisfied and 5 cases were satisfied.The total satisfaction of the study group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In health education,aidet communication style plays a positive role in schizophrenic patients,which can improve their sadness,mobilize their enthusiasm and improve their quality of life.At the same time,the medication compliance of patients has been improved,and the communication satisfaction is good,which has very important clinical application value.
