护理流程图提升腹膜透析护理质量的运用分析

Application Analysis of Nursing Flowchart to Improve Nursing Quality of Peritoneal Dialysis

目的探究护理流程图提升腹膜透析护理质量的效果。方法将2016年9月—2020年1月100例腹膜透析患者,以分段随机化法分组,即试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),其中对照组常规护理,试验组护理流程图护理,分析2组腹膜透析患者护理满意度、并发症发生情况的差异性。结果试验组腹膜透析患者的健康宣教、病情管理、护理技能、护理态度等护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组并发症发生率30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析中应用护理流程图,可获得较好的效果,不仅可降低并发症的发生率,且可促进患者护理满意度的提高,意义重大。

Objective To explore the nursing flow chart to improve the quality of peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 100 pd patients from September 2016 to January 2020 were divided into two groups by the segmental randomization method,namely the experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50),in which the routine nursing of the control group and the nursing flow chart of the experimental group were respectively used to analyze the differences in nursing satisfaction and complications between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction scores of pd patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 8.00%,lower than that of the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing flowchart in peritoneal dialysis can achieve better results,not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction of patients,which is of great significance.
