摘要
鱼生粥是安铺的特色小吃,色味俱佳,历史悠久,具有丰富的文化内涵。为了研究安铺鱼生粥的文化内核和推广价值,通过分析其历史起源、烹饪特点、文化内涵,发现其具有反映当地民俗特质和饮食习俗的文化价值、推动当地旅游和餐饮产业发展的推广价值,开发潜力较大,并提出相关对策。
Raw fish porridge,with its long history and rich cultural connotation,is a special snack in Anpu Town of Guangdong Province.In order to study the cultural connotation and promotional value of Anpu Raw fish porridge,this paper analyzes its historical origin,culinary characteristics and cultural inheritance.It finds that the porridge is valuable both culturally and economically.Culturally,it reflects the local folk customs and dietary customs;economically,it helps promote the development of local tourism and catering industry.Considering the great potential of Anpu raw fish porridge,the paper puts forward countermeasures for its further development.
