广东丰顺地热发电站通水管腐蚀产物的穆斯堡尔谱的研究

A MOSSBAUER SPECTROSCOPIC INVESTIGATION OF CORROSION PRODUCTS OF WATER-PIPES OF GEOTHERMAL POWER STATION

穆斯堡尔谱用于研究通水管道腐蚀产物,文献[1,2]有报导。腐蚀产物随着水中的杂质、水温及管道材料而异。(一)实验丰顺地热发电站的水含Na^(+)、K^(+)大于90mg/l,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)几mg/l,HCO_(3)^(-)225mg/l和少量铁、氟、硫酸根离子。pH=7.1。水温91.5℃。锈样1取自进水口分支,部分浸水的无缝钢管,水温约80℃。锈样呈土黄色。化学分析结果含全铁27%,亚铁可略。

The corrosion products,inside the branch pipes of geothermal power station in Fengshun of Guangdong,have been studied by absorption Mossbauer spectroscopy.The inlet branch is made of seamless steel tube and the outlet branch is made of cast iron.The corrosion product of the former isγ-FeOOH only,whereas the products of the latter are FeO(60%),Fe_(3)O_(4)(31%)with small amount ofγ-FeOOH(5%)andα-Fe_(2)O_(3)(4%).
