摘要 铁路货场作为铁路货运对社会服务的重要窗口,提高其运输服务和运量具有重要意义。在阐述铁路货场受地理位置、环保因素、产业结构、管理理念和营销服务水平等影响因素限制的基础上,从精准“一场一策”研判,因地制宜转型发展;以市场需求为中心,按照产业发展导向转型发展;创新管理方式,探索开展多元化经营模式;发挥行业优势,承接全程物流服务促进发展;转变营销服务观念,适应市场主动开拓等方面探讨铁路货场市场化经营管理策略,以促进铁路货场发到运量提升,保证国有资产的保值增值。 Since railway freight yards act as an important window displaying the social services of railway freight,it is of great significance to improve transportation service and elevate transportation volume of them.In this paper,the influencing factors of railway freight yards were elucidated,such as geographical location,environmental protection factors,industrial structure,management concept,and marketing service quality.Moreover,operation and management countermeasures were also proposed for them,including“one yard,one policy”for transformation and development according to local conditions,market demand as orientation and industrial development as guidance for transformation and development,innovation of management and exploration of diversified operation,advancement by giving full play to industry advantages and undertaking whole-process logistics services,and concept change regarding marketing services to adapt to and actively develop the market.These countermeasures are expected to elevate the departure and arrival freight volume of railway freight yards and ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.
