新时代高校实践育人精准化理念与模式探析

An Analysis of the Precision Concept and Model of Practice Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

实践育人是高校思想政治教育的重要内容。新时代高校实践育人应树立精准化理念,以“目标导向精准、任务设计精准、人岗适配精准、指导保障精准、考核评价精准”为基本要求,以大数据分析与服务平台为支撑,通过“定方向、定任务、定岗位、定导师、定要求”的运作机制,建构高校实践育人的精准化模式。高校实践育人精准化模式实现了理论教学与社会实践的精准衔接、学生需要与社会需求的精准契合、评价体系与实践效果的精准匹配、多元参与与资源供给的精准协同,推动“高校-政府-社会-学生”四位一体实践育人共同体的建构,对增强学生的实践能力、创新精神和社会责任感具有重要意义。

Practice education is an important component of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the new era, colleges and universities should establish the concept of precision in practice education, with the basic requirements of precision in five aspects: target and orientation, task design, personnel-position matching, guidance and guarantee, and assessment and evaluation. Supported by big data analysis and service platforms, a precise model of practice education in colleges and universities will be constructed through an operation mechanism where the directions, tasks, positions, mentors, and requirements are defined. Within the precision model of practice education in universities, theoretical teaching precisely connects with social practice, students’ needs precisely match with social needs, the evaluation system precisely corresponds with practical effects, and multiple participation precisely coordinates with resource supply. In this way, a "four-in-one" practice education community of "university-government-society-student" is constructed to exert a profound influence in enhancing students’ practical ability, innovative spirit, and sense of social responsibility.
