摘要 乳腺癌是导致全球女性癌症相关死亡的主要原因,许多患者由于治疗耐药导致肿瘤复发,并最终死于肿瘤本身或其转移性疾病。随着研究的不断深入,人们发现乳腺癌复发的主要原因之一是肿瘤内存在乳腺癌干细胞,它们具有自我更新和分化能力,且对传统的放疗和化疗具有一定的抵抗性。该文综述了近年来乳腺癌干细胞在乳腺癌复发、转移和耐药机制中作用的研究进展,并总结了靶向乳腺癌干细胞的治疗策略,旨在更好地了解乳腺癌干细胞的生物学行为,为抑制肿瘤发生、发展提供理论依据。 Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women worldwide,with many patients suffering from tumor recurrence due to drug resistance and eventually dying from the tumor itself or its metastatic disease.With the continuous deepening of research,it has been discovered that one of the main reasons for breast cancer recurrence is the presence of breast cancer stem cells in the tumor.They have the ability to self-renew and differentiate,and have certain resistance to traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy.This paper reviews the recent advances in the research of the role of breast cancer stem cells in the mechanisms of breast cancer recurrence,metastasis and drug resistance,and summarizes some targeted therapy strategies for breast cancer stem cells,aiming to better understand the biological behavior of breast cancer stem cells and provide evidence for inhibiting the occurrence and development of the tumors.
