自拟化痰通络汤治疗痰瘀络阻型急性脑梗死55例效果评价

Evaluation of Self-made Huatan Tongluo Decoction in Treating 55 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Phlegm and Blood Stasis

目的:探讨自拟化痰通络汤治疗痰瘀络阻型急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取宜春学院第二附属医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的110例急性脑梗死(痰瘀络阻型)患者,按照住院号奇、偶分为对照组及研究组,各55例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予自拟化痰通络汤,治疗周期为2周。比较两组患者临床疗效、生活能力评分(Barthel指数)、中医症候评分及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)。结果:研究组总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的78.18%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活能力评分均有所提高,中医症候评分、神经功能缺损评分均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组以上评分改善优于对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络汤能够更明显地提高急性脑梗死患者的生活质量,促进中医症候、神经功能缺损的改善,较单一的西药治疗更能改善患者病况。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction(phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type)admitted in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group,55 cases each according to odd and even hospitalization numbers.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the research group was given self-made Huatan Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group,the treatment period was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,vitality score(Barthel index),TCM symptom score and neurological deficit score(NIHSS score)of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 94.55%,which was higher than 78.18%in the control group.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the vitality scores of both groups were improved,and the scores of TCM symptoms and neurological deficits were reduced,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the above scores in the research group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Tongluo decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction,promote the improvement of TCM symptoms and neurological deficits,and can improve the patient's condition more than single Western medicine treatment.
