含电转气及储能的综合能源系统多目标优化调度 被引量:2

摘要 为满足综合能源系统的多种能量管理及优化调度,构建了含电转气及储能的综合能源系统混合潮流优化调度算法。基于能源集线器理论,建立了含能量转换设备和能量储存设备在内的能量中心数学模型。在计及电力系统、天然气系统和耦合环节的相关约束后,以运行经济成本和污染气体排放量最小为目标,通过混合潮流优化调度方法得出多种方案;再利用模糊决策确定出最终调度方案。确定的调度方案可兼顾安全性、经济性、环保性等多种约束,保证综合能源系统的稳定运行。仿真结果表明,所提算法可以为综合能源系统和能量中心提供多维度的调度方案,引入电转气和储能装置后能有效减少综合能源系统运行的经济成本和污染气体排放量及在含电转气设备时应计及电转气运行成本对调度的影响。 In order to satisfy various energy management and optimal scheduling of the integrated energy system,a hybrid power flow optimal scheduling algorithm including power-to-gas and energy storage for the integrated energy system was constructed.Based on the theory of energy hub,the mathematical model of energy center including energy conversion equipment and energy storage equipment was established.After considering the related constraints of power system,natural gas system and coupling link,aiming at minimizing the economic cost of operation and the emission of polluting gas,a variety of schemes were obtained through the hybrid power flow optimization dispatching method,and then the final dispatching scheme was determined by fuzzy decision-making.The proposed scheduling scheme can take into account the security,economy,environmental protection and other constraints to ensure the stable operation of the integrated energy system.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can provide a multi-dimensional scheduling scheme for the integrated energy system and energy center,and the introduction of power-to-gas and energy storage devices can effectively reduce the economic cost of the integrated energy system and the emission of polluting gas,as well as the impact of the power-to-gas operation cost on the scheduling when the power-to-gas equipment is included.
