1,1-二氟-1-氯乙烷(R142b)是一种重要的有机中间体,用于生产偏氟乙烯继而制造聚偏氟乙烯树脂,也可作为代替消耗臭氧层物质的过渡产品用于制冷剂、聚合物发泡剂等。本文主要介绍R142b的合成工艺、分离提纯研究及应用进展情况。
1,1-Difluoro-1-chloroethane(R142b)is an important organic intermediate,used to produce vinylidene fluoride and then to make polyvinylidene fluoride resin.It can also be used as a transitional product to replace ozone-depleting substances in refrigerants,polymer foaming agents,etc.This article mainly introduces the advances of synthesis process,separation and purification of R142b and its application progress.
