摘要
采用5%的钯碳作为催化剂,以乙醛作为乙基化试剂,在氢气氛围下实现了2,6-二甲基哌啶的N-乙基化过程,并且研究了钯碳种类和用量、乙醛用量、反应时间、反应温度、氢气压力对该反应的影响。优选钯碳Pd/C-Ⅳ作为催化剂,用量为原料的5.5 wt%,乙醛用量为1.5 eq,氢气压力为2.5 MPa,反应时间为7 h时,反应效果最好,转化率大于99%,产率达到92%。
Using 5%palladium on carbon as a catalyst and acetaldehyde as an ethylation reagent,the N-ethylation process of 2,6-dimethylpiperidine was realized under a hydrogen atmosphere.The effects of the type and amount of palladium on carbon,the amount of acetaldehyde,reaction time,reaction temperature,and hydrogen pressure on the reaction were also studied.Preferably,palladium on carbon Pd/C-IV is used as the catalyst,the amount is 5.5 wt%of the raw material,the amount of acetaldehyde is 1.5 equivalents,the hydrogen pressure is 2.5 MPa,and the reaction time is 7 h,the reaction effect is the best,and the conversion rate is greater than 99%,the yield reached 92%.
