摘要
以小球藻为生物材料净化处理模拟沼液,探究独脚金内酯类似物GR24对净化处理效果的影响,分析了GR24诱导对小球藻生长的影响,并确定了GR24的最佳外源添加浓度。结果表明,GR24浓度为10^(-7) mol/L时小球藻生长性能最优,最大生长速率和平均每日生物量分别为(0.191±0.07)/d和(0.099±0.008)g/(L·d)。在10^(-7) mol/L GR24诱导下,模拟沼液COD、TN去除率最佳,分别为(80.62±1.95)%、(78.47±1.38)%;在10^(-9) mol/L GR24诱导下,TP去除率最佳,达到(82.27±1.74)%。根据处理体系中小球藻生长性能和模拟沼液中营养物质去除率,最适合小球藻生物净化的GR24浓度范围为10^(-9)~10^(-7) mol/L。
Using Chlorella vulgaris as the biological material to purify the simulated biogas slurry,the effect of strigolactone analogue GR24 on the purification treatment effect was explored,the influence of GR24 induction on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris was analyzed,and the optimal exogenous concentration of GR24 was determined.The results showed that the maximum growth rate and average daily biomass of Chlorella vulgaris were(0.191±0.07)/d and(0.099±0.008)g/(L·d),when GR24 concentration was 10^(-7) mol/L.Under the induction of 10^(-7) mol/L GR24,the removal rates of COD and TN of biogas slurry were(80.62±1.95)%and(78.47±1.38)%,respectively.Under the induction of 10^(-9) mol/L GR24,the removal rate of TP reached the highest of(82.27±1.74)%.According to the growth performance of Chlorella vulgaris and the removal rate of nutrients in simulated biogas slurry,the most suitable GR24 concentration for the biological purification of Chlorella vulgaris is 10^(-9)~10^(-7) mol/L.
