摘要 缙云抽水蓄能电站位于水源保护地,场内建设的砂石加工系统高峰期毛料处理规模200t/h,成品骨料生产能力160t/h,生产过程中会产出大量污水、粉尘、固体颗粒等污染环境,通过对砂石加工系统的设计和设备选型设计的优化等方法,详细介绍了生产过程中污水处理流程、封闭降尘措施、除尘器除尘措施、喷雾降尘措施、固体废物处理措施等,从而达到环境保护的要求。 Jinyun pumped storage power station is located in the water source protection area.During the peak period of sandstone processing system built in the site,the scale of raw material treatment is 200 t/h,and the production capacity of finished aggregates is 160t/h.A lot of polluted environment,such as sewage,dust and solid particles,will be produced during the production process.This paper describes the design optimization of sand and stone processing system and equipment selection,and describes in detail the sewage treatment process,closed dust fall measures,dust remover measures,spray dust fall measures,solid waste treatment measures,etc.in the production process,so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
