摘要 市政工程中受限于工作井净空尺寸,盾构需分体始发施工。为研究小净空工作井盾构分体始发施工技术要点,结合工程实例对施工工艺及现场实测分析了小净空盾构分体始发施工技术要点:采用钢环、水平支撑、负环半环拼装的形式解决盾构材料、渣土运输及提供盾构推进的反力;分阶段制定水平、垂直运输措施,合理组织盾构后配套台车下井次序,提高盾构分体始发施工效率。 Due to the limitation of clearance size of work shaft in municipal engineering,shield tunneling needs separate start-up construction.In order to study key points of shield separate start-up construction technology for small clearance work well,this paper analyses key points of small clearance shield separate start-up construction technology by combining construction technology and field measurement with engineering examples.Steel ring,horizontal support and negative ring half-ring assembly are used to solve shield material,sediment transportation and provide shield driving force.Horizontal and vertical transportation measures are formulated in stages to rationally organize downhole sequence of matching trolleys behind shield tunneling so as to improve shield split construction efficiency.
