摘要 某核电海底排水隧洞的泥水盾构施工过程中针对盾构机在掘进过程中因刀具损坏等原因,需要进入盾构机土仓作业,总结出一套适用于在海底复杂地质环境下常压、低压、高压进仓程序以及在各种压力环境下常规作业、动火作业施工技术方法。该施工技术对通过进仓方式的详细规定,确保了常压、低压、高压的进仓安全有效地控制了施工成本,同时采用带压动火快速排烟等相对传统装置的施工,有效地提高了作业时间。 During the construction of slurry shield for a nuclear power subsea drainage tunnel,shield machine needs to enter the earth silo of the shield machine due to cutter damage during excavation.This paper summarizes a set of construction technology methods applicable to normal pressure,low pressure and high pressure silo entry under complex geological environment of the subsea as well as normal operation and fire operation under various pressure environments.Detailed regulations on the way of warehousing by this construction technology ensure safe and effective control of construction costs for warehousing under normal pressure,low pressure and high pressure.At the same time,the construction of relatively traditional installations such as quick smoke exhaust with pressure fire effectively improves the working time.
