摘要
钻爆法开挖地下洞室是传统工法。在浙江缙云抽水蓄能电站的地下洞室钻爆法施工中,对传统工法进行优化,不仅提高了质量,而且还节约了施工成本。从钻爆设计、造孔控制、爆破施工3个方面进行阐述,其中放线布孔和尾线控制是钻孔质量的基础,钻工精准操作是钻孔质量的保障,不断地通过观察总结采取优化布孔和调整爆破参数的手段来提高工程质量。
Underground cavity excavation by drilling and blasting is a traditional construction method.In the construction of underground cavity of Jinyun Pumped Storage Power Station in Zhejiang Province,the traditional construction method is optimized,which not only improves the quality,but also saves the construction cost.This paper elaborates from three aspects:drilling and blasting design,hole-making control and blasting construction.The routing and tail line control are the basis of drilling quality,and the precise operation of drillers is the guarantee of drilling quality.Through observation and summary,the means of optimizing drilling arrangement and adjusting blasting parameters are constantly adopted to improve engineering quality.
