聚合物泥浆的结构组成成分是一种高分子量的人工合成聚合物,经常用于钻孔灌注桩施工中的泥浆护壁,其最大的作用是用于保护钻孔灌注桩孔壁的稳定和凝结钻孔灌注桩桩头在钻进过程中产生的土、砂子或者其他杂物等。结合义乌商城大道隧道工程项目,介绍旋转挖机专用聚合物泥浆(粉状)在灌注桩中泥浆护壁的施工应用,且取得较好成效,大幅降低施工成本,提高施工效率。

The structural component of polymer slurry is a high molecular weight synthetic polymer,which is often used for slurry wall protection in bored cast-in-place pile construction.Its maximum function is to protect the stability of bored cast-in-place pile wall and condensate soil,sand or other impurities produced during drilling process by the head of bored cast-in-place pile.Combining with the project of Yiwu Shangcheng Avenue Tunnel,the construction application of special polymer slurry(powder)for rotary excavator to slurry retaining wall in cast-in-place piles is introduced,which achieves good results,greatly reduces construction cost and improves construction efficiency.
