桥梁钢护栏快速精确安装施工技术研究

随着工程技术相关理论基础研究不断进展,桥梁防护栏防护等级不断提高以满足安全出行的需求,防护栏除保护行车安全的作用外,还能在行车过程中起导向作用,桥梁防护栏的外观质量、线形是影响桥梁外观的关键因素,桥梁防护栏安装精度要求高,且安装速度慢,稍有偏差可能导致防护栏无法安装。以厦漳同城大道桥梁SA级、SB级边缘防撞钢护栏施工为例,切实解决防撞护栏安装精度以及安装速度等问题。

With the continuous development of basic research related to engineering technology,the protection level of bridge guard rails has been continuously improved to meet the requirements of safe travel.Besides the function of protecting driving safety,guard rails can also play a guiding role in the process of driving.The appearance quality and alignment of bridge guard rails are the key factors affecting the appearance of bridges.The installation accuracy of bridge guardrail is required to be high,and the installation speed is slow,slight deviation may cause the guardrail to be unable to be installed.Taking the construction of SA and SB grade edge impactproof steel guardrail of Xia-Zhang Avenue Bridge as an example,this paper solves the problems of installation accuracy and installation speed of impact-proof guardrail.
