临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用效果

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析脑出血患者应用临床护理路径的效果。方法选取医院2017年11月至2018年12月治疗的102例脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组实施一般护理模式,观察组实施临床护理路径干预,比较两组运动功能、日常生活能力、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,对照组患者运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分均低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者应用临床护理路径的临床效果明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying clinical nursing path in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random grouping method,the groups were divided into control group,observation group,two groups and 51 patients.The control group implemented the general nursing mode,the observation group implemented the clinical nursing path,compared the two groups motor function score,daily living ability score,nursing satisfaction.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in motor function scores and daily living ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,motor function scores and daily living ability scores of patients in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),which could be compared.Conclusion The clinical effect of applying clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage is obvious.
