Objective To explore the effect of grading management of antimicrobials in patients with liver disease on the improvement of rational drug use. Methods The 100 hospitalized patients with liver disease before the implementation of the new antibacterial drug classification management in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and the 100 hospitalized patients with liver disease after the implementation of the new antibacterial drug classification management in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group. The differences in the use of antibacterial drugs, clinical indicators, and the frequency(DDDs)and intensity(AUC)of antibacterial drugs were compared between the two groups. Results The rational use rate of antibacterial drugs in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the types, doses and treatment time of antibacterial drugs in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The DDDs and AUC of antibacterial drugs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The graded management of antibacterial drugs can significantly improve the rational use of drugs for patients with liver disease, increase the rational use rate of antibacterial drugs, reduce the frequency and intensity of use of antibacterial drugs, and ensure the safety of medication for patients with internal diseases.
