氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的评价氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对急性心肌梗死患者治疗的临床效果。方法我院2017年11月至2018年11月抽取了128例急性心肌梗死患者,使用计算机表法对患者进行分组,将128例患者分为了研究组(n=64)和对照组(n=64)。研究组施行氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林方案治疗,对照组施行阿司匹林方案单独治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异性存在(P<0.05)。研究组的心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异性突出(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心功能指标、凝血功能指标、血小板计数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心功能指标、凝血功能指标及血小板计数比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者接受氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林方案实行治疗,不但能获得理想的临床效果,而且可以很好的改善患者心功能、凝血功能和血小板计数情况等,降低心血管不良事件的发生率,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of clopidogrel aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from November 2017 to November 2018.One hundred and twenty-eight patients were divided into study group(n=64)and control group(n=64).The study group was treated with clopidogrel aspirin regimen,while the control group was treated with aspirin regimen alone,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Cardiovascular disorders in the study group the incidence of pieces was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the indexes of cardiac function,coagulation function and platelet count were compared between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the indexes of cardiac function,coagulation function and platelet count were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute myocardial infarction with clopidogrel aspirin can not only obtain ideal clinical effect,but also improve cardiac function,coagulation function and platelet count,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,and has outstanding clinical application value.
