循证护理干预对急性胃肠炎治疗的临床效果及满意度分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Satisfaction Degree of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Acute Gastroenteritis

目的探讨循证护理干预对急性胃肠炎治疗的临床效果及满意度分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市友谊医院消化内科就诊的80例急性胃肠炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取循证护理,比较两组患者的临床有效率和护理满意度。结果试验组临床有效率为97.50%,对照组临床有效率为87.50%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组满意度为100%,对照组护理满意度为87.50%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对急性胃肠炎患者采取循证护理干预,可以有效的提高临床有效率,提高护理满意度,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and satisfaction analysis of evidence-based nursing intervention on the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods Eighty cases of acute gastroenteritis patients admitted to the department of gastroenterology of Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing,to compare the clinical efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 87.50%.The experimental group was superior to the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100%,and that of the control group was 87.50%.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with acute gastroenteritis can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
