阿司匹林致冠心病患者上消化道出血精细护理效果

Fine Nursing Effect of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Caused by Aspirin

目的分析精细护理对阿司匹林致冠心病患者上消化道出血的效果。方法研究中选我院2017年9月至2018年9月接诊的84例阿司匹林致冠心病患者上消化道出血患者。按照双盲分组原理将患者分为对照组和观察组和观察组,两组患者均42例。对照组患者接受常规护理方法,观察组实行精细护理模式。对比分析不同护理措施取得的效果。结果统计并比较两组患者护理满意度,对照组为73.81%,低于观察组的95.24%,检验两组患者各类数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对照两组患者止血时间、总出血量、住院时间,观察组患者各项指标均短于对照组,检验两组患者各类数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义;随访半年,观察组患者再出血率和并发症发生率均低于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论精细护理措施应用于因阿司匹林致冠心病患者上消化道出血具有较好的效果,提高护理满意度,加快止血速度,缩短患者住院时间,减少患者并发症发生率,有利于患者预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of meticulous nursing on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with coronary heart disease caused by aspirin.Methods Eighty-four patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by aspirin were selected from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital.According to the principle of double blind grouping,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 patients in both groups.The patients in the control group received routine nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group received meticulous nursing mode.The effects of different nursing measures were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 73.81%in the control group,lower than 95.24%in the observation group.The data of the two groups were tested P<0.05,which accorded with the statistical significance.The hemostasis time,total bleeding volume and hospitalization time of the two groups were all shorter than those of the control group,and the data of the two groups were tested P<0.05,with statistical significance.Rehaemorrhage rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the test data were P<0.05,which accorded with the statistical significance.Conclusion Fine nursing measures applied in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by aspirin have better effect,improve nursing satisfaction,speed up hemostasis,shorten hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
