探讨急性脑梗死超早期使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的护理干预措施与效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究急性脑梗死超早期使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床护理措施。方法选择我院于2019年3月至2020年7月间收治的76例急性脑梗死患者,所有患者均接受超前使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,在此基础上对患者随机分组,其中试验组患者接受循证护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,评价不同护理方案的临床应用价值。结果比较不同时间段两组患者的NIHSS评分情况,试验组整体优于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者的并发症发生率显示,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死超早期使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗期间,使用循证护理干预方法有助于降低并发症发生率,促进患者临床症状改善,是一种科学有效的护理干预方法,值得进一步推广。 Objective To study the clinical nursing measures of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in the ultra-early stage of acute cerebral infarction.Methods We selected 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital between March 2019 and July 2020.All patients received advanced intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase.On this basis,the patients were randomized.Patients in the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention,and patients in the control group received conventional nursing to evaluate the clinical application value of different nursing programs.Results Comparing the NIHSS scores of the two groups of patients at different time periods,the experimental group was better than the control group as a whole,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the two groups of patients showed that the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the ultra-early stage of acute cerebral infarction with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,the use of evidence-based nursing intervention can help reduce the incidence of complications and promote the improvement of patients'clinical symptoms.It is a scientific and effective nursing intervention method.It is worthy of further promotion.
