急危重症手术护理配合救治流程对患者抢救效果的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Emergency and Severe operation Nursing Combined with treatment Process on Patients'Rescue Results

目的探讨急危重症手术护理配合救治流程对患者抢救效果的影响。方法将154例急危重症手术患者按入院时间分为两组各77例,对照组予以常规手术护理配合,研究组予以手术护理配合救治流程。比较两组患者抢救相关操作时间、有效抢救时间、救治成功率及医师对护士急危重症手术配合的满意度。结果研究组病情评估时间为(8.14±1.93)s、心肺复苏时间为(3.16±1.04)min、建立静脉通道时间为(18.24±2.01)s、气管插管时间为(3.17±0.73)min、吸痰时间为(7.09±2.06)s、吸氧时间为(19.25±3.16)s,明显短于对照组(10.55±1.42)s、(6.58±1.30)min、(27.68±3.14)s、(6.47±1.44)min、(13.53±2.14)s、(26.41±3.68)s,比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。研究组的有效抢救时间为(24.19±3.17)min,明显短于对照组(28.79±3.44)min,研究组救治成功率为93.50%,明显高于对照组84.42%,比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。研究组医师对人员安排满意度为94.81%、及时开台满意度为94.81%、物品与器械准备满意度为93.51%、安全防护满意度为90.91%、主动配合满意度为92.21%、应急能力满意度为88.31%,明显高于对照组84.42%、87.01%、87.01%、81.82%、83.11%、74.03%,比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论急危重症手术护理配合救治流程可有效提高抢救效率,提高抢救效果,提高医师对急危重症手术配合的满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of emergency and severe operation nursing combined with treatment process on the rescue effect of patients.Methods One hundred and fifty-four cases of acute and severe operation patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission:77 cases in each group,the control group received routine operation nursing cooperation,and the research group received operation nursing cooperation treatment process.The operation time,effective rescue time,success rate of treatment and the satisfaction of doctors to the cooperation of nurses in critical operation were compared between the two groups.Results In the research group,conditions were assessed time as(8.14±1.93)s,cardiopulmonary resuscitation time(3.16±1.04)min,establishment of venous access time(18.24±2.01)s,endotracheal intubation time(3.17±0.73)min,sputum aspiration time(7.09±2.06)s and oxygen uptake time(19.25±3.16)s.The above indicators are significantly shorter than the control group(10.55±1.42)s,(6.58±1.30)min,(27.68±3.14)s,(6.47±1.44)min,(13.53±2.14)s,(26.41±3.68)s,with significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rescue time in the research group was(24.19±3.17)min,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(28.79±3.44)min.The treatment success rate in the research group was 93.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.42%),with significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the doctors in the research group on personnel arrangement was 94.81%,the satisfaction of timely operation was 94.81%,the satisfaction of articles and devices preparation was 93.51%,the satisfaction of safety protection was 90.91%,the satisfaction of active cooperation was 92.21%,the satisfaction of emergency ability was 88.31%,which were significantly higher than the control group(84.42%,87.01%,87.01%,81.82%,83.11%,74.03%),and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing cooperation and treatment process of acute and severe surgery can effectively improve the rescue efficiency,improve the rescue effect,and improve the satisfaction of doctors on the cooperation of acute and severe surgery.
