探析细节与健康教育护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症的影响

To Explore the Effect of Detail and Health Education Nursing Intervention on Complications of Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的探析细节与健康教育护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症的影响。方法研究样本选自2018年2月至2019年2月期间;本次研究样本为我院收治的尿毒症血液透析患者48例。采取随机分组方式分为试验组和对照组,24例/组。对照组给予常规护理模式,试验组给予细节与健康教育护理干预;对比两组样本的并发症发生情况以及健康知识知晓率。分析两组患的躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能以及物质功能等生活质量评分情况。结果在并发症发生率方面,试验组低于对照组;在健康知识知晓率方面,试验组优于对照组,组间数据差异较大,P<0.05,统计学意义成立。并且在生活质量评分方面对比,试验组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间数据差异显著,P<0.05,统计学意义成立。结论细节与健康教育护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者并发症的影响较大,能够明显的减低患者的并发症发生率,并且提高患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,提高患者的生活质量,有较高的临床护理价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of detail and health education nursing intervention on the complications of uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods The study samples were selected from February 2018 to February 2019;The sample of this study is 48 uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital.They were divided into experimental group and control group by lot,24 cases/group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the experimental group was given detail and health education nursing intervention;The incidence of complications and the awareness rate of health knowledge were compared between the two groups.The scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material function were analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group;In terms of awareness rate of health knowledge,the experimental group was better than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life scores,the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of detail and health education has a great impact on the complications of uremic hemodialysis patients.It can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve the mastery of disease knowledge and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical nursing value and is worthy of popularization and application.
